📋 Description

• Primary HR Partner for multiple teams
• Daily coaching on performance and feedback
• Own employee relations end-to-end
• Advise on disciplinary actions and investigations
• Drive core HR cycles: reviews, onboarding, offboarding
• Guide organizational change and restructurings

🎯 Requirements

• 7–9 years HR experience with ER and advisory capacity
• HRBP/Senior HR Advisor or equivalent role
• Autonomy, judgment, credibility in HR scope
• Strong advisory posture: challenge, influence, tact
• Quebec employment laws expertise; NA context
• Bilingual: French/English
