Translate company-wide People programs into practical approaches
Navigate employee relations matters with sound judgment

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including meaningful experience as an HR
Strong business acumen
Experience supporting fast-moving organizations
Credibility with leaders and ability to influence decisions
Strong coaching skills
Track record of navigating ambiguity and building scalable approaches
