📋 Description

• Own full employee lifecycle and strategic HR for Mexico operations.
• Partner with leaders on talent strategy, org design, and people decisions.
• Lead leadership development, succession planning, and retention efforts.
• Design culture initiatives to reinforce Blend values and belonging.
• Oversee onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, and HR compliance.
• Provide counsel on complex people challenges and coaching for managers.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in HR business partnership or HR generalist with operations.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Mexico employment law, benefits, and payroll; Workday HRIS experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust with senior leaders and enable good people decisions; English fluency.
• Experience launching HR operations in a new country or office within a global organization.
• Proficient in HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting; data-driven.
