• Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective

🎯 Requirements

• Strong business acumen and ability to understand and translate business priorities into people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coaching, consulting and problem-solving capabilities
• University degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Relevant HR certification is an advantage
