📋 Description

• Act as trusted HR partner to executives and leaders on people matters.
• Translate business goals into people strategies and identify risks early.
• Build relationships across levels, maintaining confidentiality.
• Bridge strategy and operations on org design and performance.
• Advocate for equity and inclusion and influence without authority.
• Drive continuous improvement of people programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years HR experience, incl. 2+ years in HRBP.
• Independent, thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Business acumen: link people strategies to outcomes.
• Manage complex employee relations with empathy and legal grounding.
• Knowledge of US and EMEA employment laws.
• Experience executing People programs; HRIS (Workday a plus) and Excel/Culture Amp.
