📋 Description

• Act as the primary HR advisor for leaders across France, Italy, and Spain, translating business
• Manage the full spectrum of complex employee relations, including performance, disciplinary, and
• Lead high-impact talent reviews, succession planning, and performance management cycles that foster
• Balance day-to-day HR support with the implementation of global and regional people programs

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive background as an HR Business Partner or broad HR Generalist, ideally within a matrixed
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with managers, coach leadership through complex
• Strong judgment in navigating high-risk employee relations matters, with a proven ability to manage
• Essential fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is required to collaborate
