HR Business Partner

📋 Description

• Partner with GTM leaders on team structure, workforce planning, and talent decisions.
• Build a workable process when there isn't one; use AI and automation to move faster.
• Help solve people issues across the U.S., Canada, EMEA, India, and the Philippines.
• Coach managers on feedback, performance, engagement, and team effectiveness.
• Keep performance and talent processes moving, including development plans and follow-ups.
• Own day-to-day employee matters and independently lead complex employee relations cases

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years progressive experience in Human Resources, including experience supporting managers and
• Practical knowledge of employee relations, performance management, manager coaching, and core HR
• Ability to build trusted working relationships, listen carefully, and handle sensitive information
• Sound judgment in applying policies; confidence to resolve routine matters and escalate when needed.
• Hands-on, low-ego approach; comfortable advising senior leaders and doing detailed work.
• Strong bias to action; organized across workstreams, clarifying owners/outcomes and flagging risks
