📋 Description

• Act as trusted people partner for your group of business leads.
• Consult on leadership, performance, compensation, and staffing.
• Lead the cross-entity project to integrate the Israeli entity into HR processes.
• Govern people moves across the matrix and drive cross-entity onboarding.
• Support organizational change and workforce forecasting with data.
• Partner with recruiting; participate in interviews and hiring decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years HRBP experience; strong knowledge of German labor law.
• Cross-entity/project management in matrix or international context.
• Fluent German (C1) and English; strong cross-entity communication.
• Curious learner; open to feedback and continuous growth.
• Performance-minded; sets goals and follows through.
• Open to AI tools and automation; eager to grow with tech.
