📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders to develop talent strategies for growth.

• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve productivity while upholding HR judgment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years HRBP experience in tech/SaaS.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUP, pivot tables.
• Strong business/data acumen; executive coaching; excellent communication.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to analyze data and automate HR tasks.
• Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.
