📋 Description

• Be the trusted partner for leaders in security operations and customer support coaching.
• Be visible on the floor in The Hague; office-first presence.
• Build and lead People projects end-to-end (performance cycle, benefits, development).
• Handle employee relations: complex cases, conduct issues, external counsel.
• Apply Dutch labor law hands-on; know when to bring in an expert.
• Work in a small, tight People team; collaborative and proactive.

🎯 Requirements

• HRBP experience in scaling environments
• Strong stakeholder management; able to challenge senior leadership
• Hands-on project leadership; owned initiatives end-to-end
• Comfortable with ambiguity; solve problems creatively
• Hands-on Dutch labor law knowledge; fluent Dutch and English
• Based in the Netherlands; office-first; 1 day/week in The Hague
