🎯 Requirements

• Senior HRBP or HR strategist; people ops lead
• Based in the EU or UK and eligible to work
• Hands-on HR experience in talent management, org design, or employee relations
• Strong at assessing HR reasoning and practical solutions
• Independent worker with structured, critical feedback
• Available 8–20 hours/week with near-term availability
