🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as HR Advisor or HR Business Partner
• Completed HBO degree in HRM or Business Economics
• Experience advising management and MT
• Experience with absence, performance, and organizational issues
• Strategically skilled and hands-on
• Self-starter, strong communication skills, and approachable
