Design and deliver client-facing HR solutions using a human-centered approach
Own delivery excellence, strategic alignment, and profitability across client engagements
Drive client satisfaction and retention against KPIs (NPS, retention, referrals, account growth)
Partner with the Principal to build client relationships and deliver strategic insights
Manage projects end to end — reporting, communication, billable tracking, and PM/CRM data
Align HR strategy with business objectives

🎯 Requirements

7–9 years in HR, consulting, or professional services, including HRBP experience
Client-facing background in professional services, PEOs, or recruiting agencies preferred
Proven track record leading client engagements and mentoring junior staff
Bachelor's degree required
Paylocity is a plus
Master's degree, SPHR/SHRM-SCP, or HR tech certification (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) a
