📋 Description

• Translate business objectives into a people strategy that fits Ashby's operations in the EMEA
• Be a trusted advisor to leaders and work closely with the wider People team.
• Support employees through the development and implementation of programs, policies, and services.
• Provide local expertise around UK employment law, benefits, employee relations, and entity
• Dive into details to ensure processes and procedures run smoothly, moving between strategic
• Work closely with US-based HR Business Partners to support teams in the region.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep, hands-on knowledge of UK employment law and practice, including contracts, benefits and
• Experience supporting employees across multiple EMEA countries and understanding how working
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable people strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and facilitate
• Experience using compensation market data to develop and maintain competitive, equitable
• Deep experience building and evolving performance management practices, including coaching managers
