HR Business Partner (Employee Relations)

📋 Description

• Partner with leaders to execute people strategies, coaching on HR policies and guidelines, and
• Serve as trusted professionals providing guidance to client groups, driving efficiencies and best
• Act as a key business partner on workforce analytics, organizational optimization, and leadership
• Collaborate with HR functional experts to optimize programs for client groups and shape
• Maintain confidentiality, manage employee files, and process HR transactions.
• Support retention, career development, and risk minimization through onboarding, transfers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of human resources experience
• Experience in engineering/production/manufacturing environments
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience handling employee relations issues independently
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, UltiPro, and/or Workday
