HR Business Partner (Employee Relations)

📋 Description

• Respond to employee inquiries and complaints; advise on ER and performance mgmt.
• Partner with employees and leaders on workforce analytics and org optimization.
• Collaborate with HR specialists to optimize programs for client groups.
• Counsel employees and managers guided by policies and laws.
• Facilitate transfers, promotions, exits; identify retention trends.
• Not remote; relocation to Hawthorne, CA may be required; extended hours and travel may be needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of human resources experience
• Experience in engineering/production/manufacturing env supporting exempt and hourly workforce
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, UltiPro, and/or Workday
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Experience independently handling employee relations issues
