HR Business Partner (Employee Relations)

📋 Description

• Respond to employee inquiries on ER issues, performance management, and other core HR functions.
• Partner with employees and managers on workforce analytics and leadership development.
• Collaborate with HR functions to optimize programs for client groups and SpaceX-wide initiatives.
• Counsel and assist employees and managers, guided by policies and relevant laws/regulations.
• Facilitate internal transfers, oversee promotions, conduct exit interviews, and identify retention trends.
• Maintain employee files and process HR transactions in Workday.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years HR experience.
• Experience in engineering, production or manufacturing environment supporting exempt/hourly workforce.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, UltiPro, and/or Workday.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use independent judgment to make decisions and prioritize work.
