HR Business Partner - Engineering

📋 Description

• Support a hardcore engineering team with full lifecycle HR, onboarding, career development
• Partner with senior leaders, managers and directors on workforce analytics and strategic
• Collaborate with recruiting, training, compensation and benefits to tailor programs for client
• Counsel employees and managers per policies and laws, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Facilitate internal transfers, promotions, exit interviews and retention initiatives.
• Assist with HR policies, documentation and processes; maintain employee files in Workday.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years as HR Generalist or HRBP in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills; ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience supporting engineering teams or tech functions is preferred.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, UltiPro and/or Workday; ability to prioritize and make independent
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and build effective relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

🎁 Benefits
