📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Sales senior leadership
• Translate revenue targets and GTM strategy into people strategies
• Lead full-cycle talent management for the client group
• Use data and analytics to diagnose organizational health
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition on sales-specific hiring strategy
• Lead org design and change management efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience with significant sales support
• Proven experience partnering with CRO, VP, Director-level sales leaders
• Deep understanding of sales org structures, comp plans, quota methodology
• Strong org design, workforce planning, change management track record
• Excellent coaching and influencing skills
• Data-driven HR approach with people analytics capability

🎁 Benefits

• Base pay range between $210,000 and $265,000
