10+ years as HRBP/People Partner with technical orgs
Experience at AI-native or high-growth tech company
Strong business judgment linking people decisions to priorities
Excellent judgment in sensitive employee relations
Comfortable giving tough feedback to senior technical leaders
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid pace of change
