HR Business Partner

📋 Description

• Partner with client groups as trusted advisor across the full employee lifecycle.
• Flag legal and compliance risks in day-to-day people mgmt with global HRBP partners.
• Build AI-powered HRBP workflows; map processes; roll out AI tools.
• Serve as COE connector; build templates and enablement materials; support surveys.
• Cover employee relations during absences — PIP prep, investigations, conflict mediation.
• Build and own AI tools to automate HRBP work; iterate based on feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years HR with HRBP experience; AI/automation examples.
• Comfort with AI tools; translate ideas into working solutions.
• Broad HR practices: performance, risk, coaching, engagement, retention, planning, compensation.
• Delivers in ambiguous environments; partners with senior leaders.
• Strong communication; mediates and facilitates at manager level.
• Data literacy; analyze people data and translate into recommendations.
