📋 Description

  • Partner with business and HR leaders to align people strategies with goals.
  • Provide strategic HR consulting to managers on leadership & policies.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
  • Drive performance management to build a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with CoEs to implement talent, learning and org initiatives.
  • Develop retention strategies to reduce attrition.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of HRBP experience with business leaders.
  • Expertise in performance management, attrition reduction, and stakeholder mgmt.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and influence decisions.
  • Strong business acumen to translate priorities into HR strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with HR CoEs to deliver integrated HR solutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret HR data and provide insights.
