HR Business Partner (HRBP)

📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders and their leadership teams to develop department talent strategies
• Function as a consultant and counselor to key leaders and their respective organizations
• Partner with the business on organizational design, workforce planning, talent review, performance
• Own the implementation of career architecture and leveling frameworks with leaders, translating
• Ensure leveling, promotion criteria, and compensation messaging are applied consistently across
• Create, review, and analyze business metrics including retention, employee experience, performance

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of HRBP experience in a technology company, with majority in the software tech industry
• Demonstrated experience directly supporting Engineering and/or Product leaders as an embedded HRBP
• Direct ownership experience with compensation and leveling — building or administering career
• Familiarity with international compensation complexity, particularly Mexico and/or Brazil, is a plus
• Experience in a fast-paced, rapid growth organization
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve efficiency, enhance analysis, solve business
