• Support and challenge Retail Managers and District Managers, securing strong teams and making them
• Ensure that JYSK is the employees' and customers' first choice based on JYSK Values and JYSK
• Talent acquisition: Participate and secure quality in SM, DepSM, SMT and talent recruitments
• Training and Development: JYSK Academy (Talent program, SMT, DMT); secure trainer and mentor
• Performance Management: Challenge and support retail on internal organisation and performance
• HR tools, concepts and guidelines: Drive HR related KPIs through Retail; spot and address safety
