HR BUSINESS PARTNER (M/W/D) REGIONAL HEAD OFFICE

📋 Description

• Proactively engage leaders through insights and sparring to build high-performing teams
• Deliver and facilitate internal training sessions and team workshops
• Take responsibility for implementing HR concepts
• Challenge and support managers on internal organisation and performance management flow
• Actively participate in recruitment activities from A-Z including interviews and onboarding
• Spar with Managers on labour law and disciplinary actions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience from an HR role
• Proactive approach, strong personal drive, and ability to work independently
• Genuine interest in understanding and developing people
• Consistent application of HR policies, principles, and processes
• Persistent, solution-oriented, and follows through on commitments
• Professional working proficiency in English and fluent in German
