📋 Description

• Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and workforce needs.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, engagement, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience; SHRM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and advise leaders, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems, Oracle, or Power BI preferred.
