Identify capability gaps and implement targeted interventions that strengthen manager effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3+ years as a People Partner or HR
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field; or 6+ years of experience with
Preferred: Experience supporting R&D client group.
