Work with CPO and HR teams on recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and performance management.
Lead weekly meetings with business units and provide HR guidance to management.
Analyze trends with HR to develop programs and policies.
Manage complex employee relations and investigations.
Ensure compliance with laws; partner with legal as needed.
Support talent acquisition and workforce planning for assigned areas.
