HR & Compliance Coordinator

📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including postings, candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and employment documentation.
• Manage onboarding for new team members with required documentation, training, and orientation.
• Track and maintain compliance requirements, including certifications, background checks, insurance documentation, and workforce obligations.
• Maintain accurate compliance, training, and employee records for ongoing audit readiness.
• Organize internal and external training programs, including eLearning completion and professional development initiatives.
• Manage workforce scheduling, rosters, leave coverage, and operational coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, compliance, workforce coordination, or related role in disability services, community services, or healthcare sector.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, including the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework and relevant Australian workplace regulations.
• Experience managing onboarding processes, training coordination, employee documentation, and compliance tracking.
• Knowledge of workforce awards and employment standards, including familiarity with the SCHADS Award.
• Proven ability to conduct internal audits, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records for leadership review.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a people-focused and collaborative approach.
