📋 Description

• Lead clients to achieve People objectives: attract, hire, onboard, and retain talent.
• Influence business and talent initiatives to enable high performance and excellence.
• Initiate and maintain communications with leadership; coach on performance.
• Engage in strategic workforce planning; identify gaps and succession.
• Translate current and future business needs into People Plans.
• Provide organizational development support (org design, coaching, change mgmt).

🎯 Requirements

• 4-8 years of HR experience as a People Ops Specialist or HR Generalist.
• Excellent communication to convey information clearly at all levels.
• Proficiency with modern tech and quick adoption.
• Proficiency with HR software, Google Suite, Slack, Asana, Zoom.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and changing priorities.
• Experience with workforce analytics and data-driven decisions.
