• Integrate and consolidate HR data from multiple sources for advanced analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years HR Analytics experience
• Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, CS, Data Science or Sociology
• Skills in statistics, data modelling, dashboarding/visualization, data handling
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
• Experience with predictive analytics and insights
• Track record of leading projects with multiple stakeholders
