📋 Description

• Lead and develop the North American and EOR People team, overseeing employee experience, HR

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including previous experience as an HR
• Proven experience leading the HR function within one or more startups or high-growth technology
• Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian employment legislation, including multi-state employment
• Extensive hands-on experience managing core HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, including workplace investigations, performance
• Experience developing and implementing HR strategies, organizational structures, compensation
