Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, confirmations, promotions, internal
Support talent acquisition activities including sourcing, interview coordination, candidate
Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, IT, and other teams to ensure seamless HR operations
Support compliance with company policies, Indian labor laws, and statutory requirements
Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and culture-building programs

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role
Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
Experience working with HR systems and/or Applicant Tracking Systems
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
