HR Generalist

📋 Description

• Partner with Business Talent to support the Employee Experience strategy.
• Serve as HR contact for defined business teams and people matters.
• Understand business strategies, roadmaps, and align HR services.
• Collaborate with COEs on cyclical programs (performance, comp, surveys).
• Advise and coach managers and employees on HR matters.
• Promote EX self-service resources and a great client experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in global, fast-moving companies.
• Deep expertise in HRBP, Compensation, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Talent Management.
• Broad HR knowledge: Operations, Benefits, Recruiting, ER, Talent Management, Change Management.
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional alignment with Airbnb's roadmap.
• Proven problem solving with data to influence decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building; can influence leaders.
