HR Generalist

📋 Description

• Counsel a small client group (150-200 employees)
• Partner with HRBPs and coordinators to identify department needs, recommend changes, and implement
• Partner with broader HR team in the creation of, documentation, and implementation of human
• Respond to day-to-day employee inquiries, questions and complaints
• Facilitate internal transfers, oversee and facilitate promotion opportunities, conduct exit
• Provide operational guidance, information, and direction on low-risk employee relations issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ months as a Space X HR Coordinator OR 1+ years of professional human resources experience
• Experience in engineering, production, or manufacturing with exempt and hourly workforce (preferred)
• Demonstrated success at building effective relationships (preferred)
• Ability to handle employee relations independently (preferred)
• Familiarity with Greenhouse, UltiPro, and/or Workday (preferred)

🎁 Benefits

• Pay range: $80,500 - $95,000 per year
