HR Generalist

📋 Description

• Operationalize global talent programs across Canada and the US (onboarding, engagement)
• Guide employees on HR policies, procedures, and local labor laws
• Manage US/Canada benefits renewals, market analyses, and open enrollment
• Collaborate with Finance/Payroll to ensure accurate payroll data
• Maintain and audit Workday HRIS data for accuracy and efficiency
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior roles and sourcing plans

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years HR experience in employee relations and full-cycle recruiting
• Extensive knowledge of Canadian and US labor laws
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and ATS
• Experience navigating benefits and government portals
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
