5+ years' experience as an HR generalist or in HR operations, ideally in an international environment
Deep knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR compliance
Experience with payroll administration and HR operations
Strong stakeholder management and communication
Data-driven mindset with HRIS and HR analytics tools
Demonstrated ability to optimize and automate HR processes, including AI tools
