  • Manage day-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR processes are compliant.
  • Support payroll, benefits, policies, and labor regulation questions.
  • Partner with leadership and payroll providers to scale HR operations.
  • Coordinate SG-SST program and ensure Colombian health and safety compliance.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and the employee experience.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of HR Generalist/People Ops experience
  • Experience in startups/SMEs with ~20-100 employees
  • Hands-on payroll novelties and payroll administration
  • Experience with Colombian labor regulations and PILA administration
  • Experience coordinating SG-SST programs and compliance activities
  • Experience supporting recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Fluent English and Spanish (B2+; C1 preferred)
