HR Generalist (Brilliant Harvest)

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment, including headhunting, working with management to manage multiple
• Define staffing requirements and develop market-appropriate recruitment strategies within budget
• Write compelling job descriptions and postings, and advertise roles across job boards, LinkedIn
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates, and build a talent pipeline for hard-to-fill and future
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to shortlist qualified candidates
• Conduct thorough reference checks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
• Bonus: CPHR designation or working towards it
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including full-cycle recruitment and payroll administration
• Working knowledge of Alberta employment standards, OHS, WCB, human rights, and privacy legislation
• Experience administering HRIS and payroll systems
• Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information
