HR Generalist (Compliance)

📋 Description

• Manage APAC HR operations, compliance, payroll, and HR analytics
• Develop and update policies per Malaysian law and APAC standards
• Lead employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary matters
• Manage employment litigation processes and coordinate with legal counsel
• Advise management on Malaysian labor law compliance and risk mitigation
• Lead mediation and ensure consistent HR policy application across APAC

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Admin, or related field
• 5+ years HR generalist experience, with 2+ years in employee and labor relations
• Expert knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and dispute resolution
• APAC experience across 2-3 jurisdictions beyond Malaysia
• Proficiency in HRIS systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Malay and English
