📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in HR, preferably in Construction Industry
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and confidentiality
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for HR issues
• Leadership experience in managing HR teams and change
• Familiarity with HR software, digital tools, and data analytics
