  • HR fundamentals: knowledge of employee relations, policies, compliance, and performance.
  • Systems expertise: experience with HRIS, timekeeping, and reporting tools.
  • Communication & coaching: strong communication; coach frontline managers and staff.
  • Execution & judgment: attention to detail; balance priorities and handle sensitive info.
