HR Generalist, Fulfillment Center

📋 Description

• Act as frontline HR contact; triage and resolve confidential issues.
• Partner with site leaders on hourly reviews; ensure compliant docs.
• Back up onboarding logistics and timesheet management.
• Coordinate HR operations and compliance; ensure accurate HRIS data.
• Design and run site-wide engagement activities and communications.
• Provide recurring people metrics (turnover, attendance, reviews).

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years HR experience in fulfillment center or high-volume hourly env.
• Knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, compliance, and performance management.
• Experience with HRIS, timekeeping, and reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills and coaching frontline managers.
• Attention to detail and ability to balance priorities with sensitive information.
