🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years HR experience in fulfillment center/high-volume hourly environment
• Knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, compliance, and performance mgmt
• Experience with HRIS, timekeeping platforms, and reporting tools
• Strong communication and coaching skills with frontline managers
• Detail-oriented with sound judgment for sensitive information
