🎯 Requirements

• Industry experience: 2+ years HR in fulfillment/warehouse or high-volume hourly roles
• HR fundamentals: employee relations, policies, compliance, and performance management
• Systems expertise: HRIS, timekeeping, and reporting tools
• Communication and coaching: strong communication, coaching frontline managers
• Execution and judgment: meticulous, balance site priorities, handle sensitive information
