📋 Description

• Conduct 30-day check-ins for new hires as required.
• Create / update job descriptions in partnership with managers as required and key it into the job
• Conduct monthly MySGS audits for data integrity. Example – mismatched job codes, salary grades
• Run vacation usage reports and send them to the managers and copy HRBP.
• Send Power BI HR insight data to managers on an as needed basis.
• Process mandatory union increases including creating upload file once required approvals are

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or in a multi-faceted HR role
• Experience with USA and/or Canadian markets is essential, given the regulatory complexity and
• Professional in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English (level B2 or higher) IS REQUIRED to accurately interpret legal and
