๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • SF System Ownership: expert for core modules, configs, upgrades, and RBP.
  • Lead HRIS projects from requirements to go-live (UAT included).
  • Partner with IT, MIS, CRM, and Finance on enterprise initiatives.
  • Manage integrations between SF and ERP/Payroll via SAP Integration Center and Workato.
  • Provide end-user support and manage SAP/vendor SLAs.
  • Ensure data governance for platform stability and data quality.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in HRIS management or HR tech roles.
  • Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors implementation/admin experience (mandatory).
  • Deep knowledge of at least 3 SAP SuccessFactors modules; Employee Central required.
  • Experience with system integrations (API, middleware, flat-file) and SAP BTP/Workato.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of the full HR lifecycle: hire-to-retire, talent, compensation, and learning.
