Assist resource & bench management to optimize planning and utilization
Demand forecast, resource fulfilment, bench management and resource connect
Track billing, deployment, attrition trends and create reports
Maintain employee skill database, timesheet compliance, bench/new joiners induction
Coordinate with recruitment team for external sourcing

🎯 Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced MS Excel knowledge to generate reports
Able to analyze data to arrive at insights
