Advise leaders on people topics; support org design, talent & succession, and change initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Significant experience in HR business partnering or HR leadership roles.
Balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English; willing to travel.
