HR Lead, Brazil

📋 Description

• Manage the full employee lifecycle for Brazil and LATAM employees.
• Administer payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and benefits enrollment in coordination
• Ensure full compliance with Brazilian labor law (CLT), INSS, FGTS, IRRF, and mandatory reporting
• Maintain compliance with occupational health and safety legislation, including coordination of PGR
• Monitor labor law developments across key LATAM markets and advise on compliance implications.
• Support internal and external HR audits; maintain and update HR policies to reflect regulatory

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or HR management capacity.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Brazilian labor law.
• Demonstrated experience managing employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken, is a must.
• Comfortable building HR and office functions from the ground up (0-to-1 experience) — setting up
• Proactive and self-driven, with a track record of identifying gaps and implementing solutions
